Even the first formula was unbelievable. It blends with your face in seconds and leaves it matte and shielded. Not sure what was tweaked in the New Improved one but it feels softer, and hydrating to me. It's a very powerful healing cream. Used it on my extra dry and irritated hands even and boom…after the second application the dry rashes went away. That shocked me cause I had never experienced full relief in my hands. It's soaking perfectly into the face and what is fundamentally different is that the whole therapy stays nice and secure INSIDE your face, NOT on your pillowcase like….well let's be honest anything else on the market.
